“ Wow, good food! We ordered a big meal and split it with two people. Definitely have a LOT to eat. We got stale tacos and beans and rice, along with items off the salsa bar. ”
“ We ordered a Sirloin-based family platter. It was delicious. The beef was just made after ordering it, and all the veggies were fresh. Beverages are quite instantaneous type. Not natural juice options available, but still good. Hand-made tortillas are the best ones I’ve tasted in the area. Ordered for four ... ”
“ The food, the people, the atmosphere, everything was outstanding! I live in Marana and drove a long way to eat there. But, from what I understand, they'll be opening one on thornydale and Ina. Sometime in approximately the next year. ”
“ Just in time to see some decorations for Halloween. Not my first time to visit this restaurant. As always, the Barbacoa quesadilla was delicious. Good refried beans with flour tortillas. Excellent lunch! ”
“ Authentic Mexican food... Coming from deep south Texas, barbacoa tastes like back home, asada taste great. Flour tortillas are Sonoran, not Mexican . Rice and beans are definitely Mexican and on point! Salas are very authentic! Take it from a Mexican from Texas with Guanajuato family, good is great! ”
“ First time, after many friends said to go here. Great corn tortillas, great food had the chicken tacos and the salsa and topping bar is great and had many items to pick from. Now my new place to go for lunch. You should try this place out ”
“ Cute little taco place. They menu is kinda small but it gets start to the point. I did the steak tacos with a potato on the side. They have a nice little salsa bar with all of the fixing you need to make your perfect taco. ”
“ Finally, I had a chance to visit right when they opened. It's very big inside the restaurant, lots of tables and space. There's a few flat screens spread out as well, and they have an outside patio for big parties. Right when you walk in, you can see the menu up above you. Very basic menu with simple options and ways to customize your order. You can order items a la carte or in a combo that comes with a drink. Since I wanted to try a few different items, I ordered a la cart, and for 5-6 a taco, I didn't mind. I started with a chicken taco and a shrimp taco, both wrapped in corn tortillas, which, by the way, did not taste like cheap corn tortillas. Some places I have been to use a corn tortilla that tastes waxy or likes it's fake. These were not. The chicken taco had some good cuts of flavored meat inside. There is a salsa bar you can visit and pick from a variety of sauces and flavors, but I enjoyed the chicken as it was. Eventually, I added some guacamole.sauce to it to give it a chicken flauta-like flavor. For what you pay at places like Taco Bell and such for a chicken taco, I felt it was money well spent here. The shrimp taco is served with a vegetable mix that's looks like salsa, but it's not. It had a different flavor to it. I don't remember the exact number of shrimp that were in it, but I know I had about 6 shrimp or more. And as is with corn tortillas, after a while, it fell apart from the shrimp and veggies mix, but again, I did not mind. Now my friend had gotten a fish taco that looked so good that I had to have one while he tried the shrimp taco. As you can see, they provided a big piece of fish, and it was hanging out the corn tortilla. It had enough flavor for me, but you might want to try it with some of the sauces they have. A little shot of lime did me well. For a first-time visit we really enjoyed ourselves. Customers were coming for catering orders, and around lunchtime, the place was filling up with customers, so that was our cue. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves for a first-time time visit and plan on returning. They are also available on Doordash for when we can't make a visit. For what you pay for fast food, why not stop in, get better quality ingredients, enjoy a calm, quiet atmosphere with good service, or pick up and enjoy in your own home. ”
